Meeting convened at 3:30 p.m.

The minutes from the May 2, 2007 meeting was approved.
The Board started the meeting with a good-bye party for Audra Harris. Each expressed their gratitude for all she has brought to this office and wished her well in her new adventure. After going through the interview and hiring process, Ann Murphy will be starting on May 29, 2007 in the position of Administrative Clerk. Welcome Ann!
The board approved all 2007 Motor Vehicle and Trailer excise abatements in the amounts of $1,933.75; 2006 Motor Vehicle and Trailer excise abatements in the amount of $101.25; 2005 Motor Vehicle and Trailer excise abatements in the amount of $111.14. The Board approved both the 2007 Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Commitment 3 in the amount of $66,919.96 and the 2006 Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Commitment 9 in the amount of $3,011.99. Two Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise abatements were denied due to not meeting requirements.
Due to the successful warrant articles at the ATM, Diane will be updating all information to be reflective of the new local acceptances in the Statutory Exemption Clause 41C, the new deadline for CPA for FY 08 and will make all personal property accounts for FY 08 under $5,000 in value as a non-active account prior to preliminary tax billing for FY 08. Diane will follow up with Tighe & Bond regarding the next step in the updating of the Town maps to GIS format.
The Board discussed the outbuilding values and how Vision prices these improvements. This will be discussed at the next meeting to ensure all members are confident that these values are based on the utility of the building.
The board reviewed all correspondence received since the last meeting.
